WARRANTY AND RETURN

The warranty of our products ranges from 6 months to two years depending on the selected products. Warranty details of each product will be included in the product’s description.

WARRANTY EXTENSION

If any customer needs to extend the warranty, please contact us. We will guide you on how to extend the warranty. The warranty extension may incur applicable charges. This charge changes with products.

Note:

  1. Only products that have technical issues within the warranty period will be considered for replacement, exchange, or refund. In case the product is damaged, we are open to replace, exchange, or refund, provided, the customer raises a complaint on our website within 24 hours from the delivery date. If the product has no issues like damage or technical issues, no refund will be provided.
  2. The refund will be provided only for the actual product price. Delivery and processing charges will not be refunded.�

The above-mentioned is our standard return policy for Promotional, Deals, Sale, Discount Stock Clearance Sale and Selling with Super Low-Price Products doesn’t cover warranty/replacement/refund. The products included in promotional deals, special offers, bundle offers, clearance stock, or mentioned as free or super low price won’t have a warranty of any kind.

The products will not be accepted for return, warranty, or replacement, under the below conditions:

  • The invoice with no warranty period
  • Physical damage
  • If repairing is not possible for a product under warranty, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
  • Our warranty policy ensures the safety of our products from functional defects after the purchase of the product.
  • With the Warranty Assurance, a defective product can only be repaired, or the amount can be refunded. You are expected to confirm the duration of the warranty under the product description.
  • No warranty will be provided for damages other than functional defects like accidental damage or loss of the device.
  • No warranty will be provided if the device is opened, repaired, or diagnosed by a third party.

  • If you wish to cancel the order before the shipment, you should contact the customer care number. If you have already received and product and want to return it, you should contact the customer care number. The company policy determines the return policy of the company. If you wish to exchange the product, you should contact the customer care number and discuss it. The final decision about exchange depends on the condition of the phone.
  • You can only return or exchange devices with functionality issues. Once your exchange request is approved, an expert team from Buy mode will contact you for the exchange.
